FIELD: sports, medicine, astronautics and other fields, where artificial additional physical loading of muscles is desired. SUBSTANCE: muscle exercising apparatus is made in the form of clothing having parts composed of two layers. Upper layer is made from non-stretchable material and lower layer is formed from elastic knitted fabric. Lower layer has additional rows of non-stretchable knitted fabric arranged at sites where lower layer is joined to upper layer. Lower layer has linear sizes smaller than those of upper layer by 3-22%. EFFECT: increased efficiency in enhancing force loading of individual's osteomuscular system and increased service life of apparatus. 2 dwg
