FIELD: shelling and polishing equipment used in food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: machine has shelling chamber incorporating shaft, abrasive disks rigidly fixed on shaft, perforated shell embracing said disks, receiving and discharge devices arranged in upper and lower parts of chamber, respectively. Shaft is inclined with respect to vertical plane and is connected to drive. Perforated shell is positioned for moving along slots toward lower parts of inclined abrasive disks to change space between inner surface of perforated shell and end parts of abrasive disks. Machine is equipped with device for adjustment of inclination angle shelling chamber with drive within the range of from 0 to 80 deg, valve mounted on discharge device; aspiration channel whose first inlet is connected to discharge device and second inlet is connected to first inlet of fan, magnetic separator positioned at outlet end of aspiration channel. Second inlet of fan is connected to discharge branch pipe of annular channel of shelling chamber. Outlet end of fan is connected to cyclone inlet. EFFECT: increased efficiency in reprocessing of basic material and improved quality of groats. 1 dwg
