FIELD: groats crushing and separating machines. SUBSTANCE: proposed machine includes crushing chamber, rotor located vertically in this chamber at circular clearance and perforated shell with perforated bottom. Perforated shell is made in form of cylinder provided with baffle plates mounted on its inner surface. Working members are secured on rotor in several rows; working members in each row are secured at angle of 10 to 60 deg. relative to plane of rotation. Working member of lower row are made in form of propeller blades. Machine is provided with aspiration passage whose inlet is connected via material duct with outlet of crushing chamber. Magnetic separator is mounted on lower outlet of aspiration passage. Upper outlet of aspiration passage is provided with draft regulator and is connected to fan inlet whose outlet is connected with cyclone inlet. EFFECT: improved quality of groats; increased productivity; reduced power requirements. 2 dwg
