FIELD: construction industry, road building. SUBSTANCE: process can be widely used for manufacture of reinforced concrete structures employed in construction and reconstruction of bridges. Process of manufacture of bundle includes manufacture of at least two reinforced cables, each cable being covered by preservative lubricant on which sheath of thermoplastic polymer material and protective sheath made of thermoplastic polymer material of same or another chemical composition are put. If bundle is manufactured from more than two reinforced cables their longitudinal axes are arranged with maximum displacement from plane passing through at least two specified axes by value not exceeding diameter of cable. While bundle is manufactured from more than two reinforced cables their longitudinal axes in cross-section of bundle can be arranged along periodic curve. Sheath of reinforced cable made of thermoplastic polymer material and protective sheath of bundle of reinforced cable are intercoupled when protective sheath is extruded. Sheath of reinforced cable of thermoplastic polymer material and protective sheath of bundle of reinforced cable can be manufactured for relative interdisplacement. At least part of physical-mechanical indices, for instance, strength, hardness, rigidity of protective sheath of bundle of reinforced cable exceed corresponding indices of sheath of reinforced cable. Bundle of reinforced cable with anticorrosion protection can have form of belt. Polymer material of protective sheath of bundle of reinforced cables includes pigments. EFFECT: expanded application field of bundle of reinforced cable with anticorrosion protection, increased reliability and service life of articles with bundles of reinforced cables, reduced labor input in their manufacture. 12 cl, 2 dwg
