Mechanism comprises body with internal conical surface, three fixing members placed radially along arc and at angle one to another, interacting during locking with internal conical surface and cable. At least one fixing member is positioned asymmetric with respect to two other members with angles equal to 110±5^° on one side and to 130±5^°. on the other side.
