FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition to drive oil from pool includes dry active mud of biological purification works of microbiological industry, carbonhydrate-mineral additive, water and biotechnological additive Biotrin with following proportion of components, per cent by mass: dry active mud of microbiological industry 2.5- 6.0; carbonhydrate-mineral additive 0.3-1.5; biotechnological additive Biotrin 0.2-4.0; water being the balance. Given composition makes it feasible to diminish permeability of highly conducting conduits of pool, to raise quantity of intensive gas formation under pool conditions thanks to selecting clogging of highly permeable seams washed through with water and to use zones of pool poorly involved in development at latest stage of exploitation of oil fields. EFFECT: increased oil recovery from pool by means of flooding. 3 tbl
