FIELD: medicine, dermatovenerology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with detecting the level of spontaneous and zymosaneinduced chemiluminescence of leucocytes by applying lysate of chlamydial elementary bodies. Moreover, one should calculate chemiluminescence indices (CII) by both zymosane and specific antigen as ratio of stimulated chemiluminescence to spontaneous one and at the values of 21,35≤CII-z≤31,41 and 0,53≤CII-ar≤1,00 one should diagnose chronic chlamydial infection. The suggested method provides higher accuracy in diagnostics of urogenital chlamydiosis, enables to take into consideration response of macroorganism, is of high sensitivity and requires no expensive reagents for its implementation.
