SUBSTANCE: one should determine the level of average-molecular peptides in synovial liquid in optic density units at wave length of 254 nm, and, also, level of necrotic substances after their deposition by perchloric acid determined according to the difference of optic density at 260 and 320 nm wave length against perchloric acid solution and at the level of average- molecular peptides being above 0.280 U and necrotic substances being above 1 U/ml one should evaluate severe damage of knee joint.
