FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: affected surface of gastric mucosa is affected with laser radiation at wave length of 0.63 mcm at power density of 10-100 mW. Before irradiation mexidol should be introduced into intact section of gastric mucosa. Injection is performed into two points by leaving 1.0 cm against defect's edge. One should inject per 1 ml 5%-mexidol solution into every point in a day. Therapeutic course consists of 10-20 injections. The present innovation enables to improve medicinal effect of mexidol due to improved local circulation due to laser irradiation. This decreases the frequency in development of decompensated gastric stenosis. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
