FIELD: identification of distant sources of seismic vibrations. SUBSTANCE: given facility incorporates seismic converter, circuit of automatic gain control, unit extracting and processing pulse signals, classification unit. Classification is carried out on basis of model of autoregression with use of a priori information on value of regression for various sources of seismic signals. Decision on class is made according to criterion of maximum of a posteriori probability. EFFECT: increased probability of correct classification of signals. 5 dwg
