FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming single subchondral bone tunnel of 2.5 cm in depth running in parallel to articulation fissure. To do it, drill of 5-10 mm diameter is used. The tunnel is continued fan-like in all directions using wire of 1.5-2 mm diameter. The opposite cortical plate is bored. Drugs are introduced into the tunnel built. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; enabled multiple introduction of medicaments. 1 dwg
