Palpebral reposition, pressure and smoothening of the flap are carried out in gradually stretching eyelids from external orbit boundary under active blinking or opening eyelids. Eyelid skin tension is carried out in the direction of eyelid edges contact line continuation at the moment of their slightly joining each other in the cases of horizontal position of cornea flap pedicle. Vertical position of cornea flap pedicle being the case, eyelid skin tension is carried out in the direction of transition fold continuation when pulling the lower eyelid downwards.
