FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing laser coagulation of amotio retinae before carrying out intrastromal keratoablation, in two stages. Coagulation is carried out with diode laser of 400-700 mW power and 0.2-0.4 s exposure time and coagulate amount of 50-100 per one session at the first stage. The second coagulate row is arranged in chess board order relative to the first one. It is carried out in single session inside of the amotio retinae zone using solid body continuous laser of 120-220 mW and 0.2-0.4 s exposure time. Coagulate is used in the amount of 50-100 per one session. The second stage is carried out 10-14 day later. Diode laser of 500-800 mW power and 0.2-0.4 s exposure time and coagulate amount is 20-40. The coagulates are applied first inside the amotio retinae zone in peripheral area and then around the amotio retinae. Intrastromal photokeratoablation is carried out after achieving full adherence of the retina. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 4 dwg, 2 tbl
