FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a reservoir for storing anticoagulant agent, a reservoir for storing isotonic solution of sodium chloride, a reservoir for collecting plasma, plasma filter with blood supply connecting pipes, plasma discharge pipes, erythrocyte mass discharge pipes, pressure gage, two valve units, as well as main line system comprising means for collecting and returning blood, pump having inlet and outlet tube, air trap with filter, air availability detector in main pipe, two adjustable and three unadjustable clamps, detachable connections, two droppers and a T- joint. One of T-joint tubes is connected to the means for collecting and returning blood, another one is connected to inlet pump tube via the first unadjustable clamp, and third one is connected to the plasma filter connecting pipe for discharging erythrocyte mass via sequentially arranged second clamp, air detector, air trap. The reservoir for storing isotonic solution and reservoir for storing anticoagulant agent are connected to inlet pipe of the pump. One of device characteristic features is valve unit designed as constriction plate fixed on magnet anchor to enable one to pinch three tubes of given main line at a time.
