FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making vein puncture, controlled injecting anticoagulation agent into accumulating reservoir containing whole blood, taking some amount of the whole blood at exfusion phase and accumulating the exfusate (whole blood) in accumulating reservoir placed below the point of vein puncture. Infusion phase includes infusate supply into vein from the accumulating reservoir placed above the point of vein puncture with concurrent membrane-type separation and collection of plasma and injecting of hemodilution agent. Repeated administration of anticoagulation agent into accumulating reservoir is carried out at least once and then exfusion and infusion phases are carried out. Single use device has blood sampling unit, plasma filter mainly provided with flat track membranes, the first main connecting them, accumulating reservoir connected to plasma filter by the second main enabling free travel of the accumulating reservoir, reservoir for collecting plasma connected to the flat track membranes by plasma main, reservoir for hemodilution agent having main and means for introducing anticoagulation agent made as reservoir provided with main having dropper unit and clamp mounted on it. The first and the second main are joined with additional main with clamp mounted on it. The first main has dropper unit and clamp mounted after the place the additional main is connected to it.
