FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gasketless covers for vessels containing carbonated beverages. Proposed cover 10 is provided with sealing bead 14 projecting downwards from lower side of upper part 11. Thickness of first part 15 of sealing bead 14 increases as it recedes from upper part 11. According to other version, invention relates to cover 10 in which sealing bead 14 is provided with third part 18 which is not thicker than second part 17 of bead 14 and has length considerably greater than its thickness. In this case third part 18 of bead 14 is connected to second part 17 at its free edge or close to edge and it passes in common direction from upper part 11. With cover 10 connected with neck of vessel, third part 18 will be displaced to get between end part of vessel neck and upper part 11 of cover 10. EFFECT: improved sealing of cover. 50 cl, 6 dwg
