FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of perfluorinated diacylperoxides that are initiating agents of radical copolymerization of fluoroolefins. Method is performed by simultaneous separated feeding perfluorocyclohexane carboxylic acid fluoroanhydride and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to contact mixture formed by mixing aqueous solution of H2O2 with preferable concentration 5-10% by mass with fluoro-containing halogen-substituted hydrocarbon, preferably 1-hydro-4-chlorooctafluorobutane or perfluoromethylcyclohexane in the mole ratio of H2O2 to fluoro-containing halogen-substituted hydrocarbon = 0.06-0.11 at temperature (-5) + 5 C. Perfluorodicyclohexanoylperoxide is prepared with the yield 68-86% as 8-9% by mass solution in fluoro-containing halogen-substituted hydrocarbon. This solution is used as initiating agent in the process of polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene with hexafluoro-propylene.
