FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention describes method of synthesis of alkyldialkoxysilanes of the following formula: R'-SiH(OR″)₂ where R' is CH₃, C₂H₅; R'' is CH₃, C₂H₅, C₃H₇, C₄H₉. Method involves interaction of alkyldichlorosilane with alcohol and the following desorption of hydrogen chloride from reaction mixture. Parent components alkyldichlorosilane and alcohol are taken in the mole ratio = 1 : (1.9-2.0), respectively, and fed to reaction zone simultaneously and hydrogen chloride is removed by inert gas that is fed to reaction mixture by countercurrent being reaction mixture drains down as film at temperature 70-90 C for 1-2 min.
