SUBSTANCE: polymetaloxanelementoxanes of the general formula: wherein M′ is AL, Za, Ba, Y, Fe mixtures thereof, M″ is Mg, Ca, Pb, Mn, Si or mixtures thereof, M″′ is Zr, Ce, Ti, Si or mixtures thereof R′ is C2H5, C3H7, C4H9, CH3OC2H4, C2H5OC2H4, C4H9OC2H4, R″-C/CH3/=CHCOOC2H5, C/CH3/=CHCOOC2H4OC4H9, C/CH3/=CHCOOC8H17 or mixtures thereof R″′-CH3OC2H4, C2H5OC2H4, C4H9OC2H4, a=0-1; b=0-1; c=0-1; d=0-1; e= 0-1; f=0-1; g=0-1; h=0-1; a+b+c+d is 0-1; e+f+g+h is 0-1; m is or 3; n is 10 1000; p is Σ M″ mole/at wherein M″ is Mg, Ca, Pb, Mn; the b+d+f+h/Σ M′+M″+M″′ ratio is 0.05-1 mole/at prepared by reacting a mixture of at least two compounds selected from the groups consisting of M′(OR′)3, M″(OR′)2 and M″(OR′)4, M″′(OR′)4, HBO3 with water at the H2O/ Σ атM′, M″, M″′ mole ratio of 1 and with a compound of the general formula CH3C = CHCOOR″ used in an amount of 0,05-1 mole/Σ M′,M″,M″′ in an aliphotic alcoholor alkyl glycol at 40-170 C.
