FIELD: production of kindling materials. SUBSTANCE: kindling material is produced by impregnation of solid combustible filler after preliminary drying or without drying by means of binder under pressure or without pressure through holding and boiling in binder at temperature above boiling point of water or at temperature ensuring impregnation by sufficient amount of binder and below temperature of beginning of carbonizing of solid combustible filler and decomposition of binder. Then, article is kept under press in mold after cooling and during cooling; mold has holes for removal of excessive binder; procedure may be performed without pressure, with or without forming ignition head but for impregnation of solid combustible filler by boiling it in paraffin at temperature above boiling point of water and below temperature of beginning of carbonizing of solid combustible filler; article is kept in mold under press during entire period of cooling; mold has holes for removal of excessive binder. EFFECT: simplified procedure; low cost; improved quality characteristics.
