FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes an ignition device containing a combustible body made of a mixture including paraffin, or stearine, or wax as a combustible, which has the shape of a cylinder with a cone on one end face, along the axis of which a wick is partially buried; there is a coating on the surface of the ignition device. In addition, the mixture contains dry sawdust, and mixture component ratio (wt %) is as follows: sawdust/paraffin or stearine, or wax is equal to 1/(9-10); besides, the coating of side surface of the cylindrical part of the combustible body is made from paper.
EFFECT: reduction of prime cost of an ignition device owing to using paraffin and dry sawdust in the mixture in optimum weight ratio; increase of specific calorific value.
