FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with methods for evaluating fodder media usefulness for vermiculture and optimization of their composition. At detecting toxicity of media in case of vermicultivation one should apply a test-object as Enchytraeus albidus worm. The present innovation enables to use small volumes of substrates, carry out large number of experiments and conducts experiments under field conditions. EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. 1 tbl
