FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing worms, which had been preliminarily held for 24 hours in aqueous emulsions of petroleum products of different concentrations, into reservoir filled with soil, said reservoir being half covered against light; providing biotesting, with biotest including defining time during which worms burry in soil or time during which worms migrate from illuminated part of chamber into shadowed part of chamber.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by reducing the possibility of perishing worms, and reduced time of investigation.
