FIELD: technology of production of dry reducible nutritious mixtures for functional alimentation. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing of dry fat-, protein- and carbohydrate-containing components, mineral and enzyme additives, and impregnation of prepared mixture. Impregnation is carried out by miscella in alternating magnetic field under increased pressure. Miscella is prepared in the process of extraction of biomass of Mortierella sepedonioides micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition. After impregnation, pressure is relieved to atmospheric one. EFFECT: increased stability of final product during storage life.
