FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with drying and mixing dry fat-, protein- and carbohydrate-containing components, mineral and enzymatic additives. Then mixture should be impregnated in alternating magnetic field at increased pressure with micelle obtained at extracting Mortierella elongata micromycete biomass in supercritical state followed by decreasing the pressure up to atmospheric one. The present innovation enables to increase stability of target product during storage period. EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
