SUBSTANCE: after grinding on chopper of fish farce, rapana meat, blanched rice, fresh onion and carrot, common salt and black bitter pepper, they are cut with simultaneous introduction of hen's eggs and vegetable oil. Small balls are molded from prepared mass. EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties and balanced combination of nutritious substances.
