FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting fish farce produced by predetermined process, rapana meat fermentolysate, mussel meat, blanched rice groats, fresh onion, fresh carrot, black pepper, and edible salt and simultaneously introducing liquid receipt components including vegetable oil, eggs and fish bouillon or water; forming produced farce in blanched cabbage leaves and preserving for obtaining base product. EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties, balanced composition of nutrient substances and increased content of biologically active substances.
