SUBSTANCE: device has the first rectangular dielectric circuit having electric conducting applicators arranged on both sides and the second dielectric circuit having flat ferrite rod mounted on its upper side and two Archimedes spirals manufactured from electric conducting material starting in the same center on the lower side. Ferrite rod is movable along the circuit plate above the spiral center. The spirals have at least three coils. The second circuit is mounted directly above the first one. The circuits are enclosed into an envelope painted red-orange. The method involves using two containers with standard sperm. The containers are at least 3 m far from each other. Device for protecting animals against power influence are mounted under one of them. Then sperm activity is periodically measured in both containers. Comparison results are used for evaluating device operation effectiveness under provided identical conditions.
