APPARATUS FOR PROTECTING FROM EFFECTS OF ENERGY-PRODUCING EQUIPMENT Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has board, metal ring arranged in central part of board and covered with layer of crushed flint with grain size of at least 0.5 mm. Metal ring is surrounded with six geometric figures made in the form of truncated pyramids having bases of regular polygons, namely, triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon, heptagon and octagon. Pyramid centers are spaced from board center by distance equal to at least two radii of ring. Similar truncated pyramid is positioned on opposite side of board under each mentioned truncated pyramid. Truncated pyramids located on side of board are attached to it with their large bases, and truncated pyramids located on opposite side of board are attached to it with their small bases. Each truncated pyramid is composed of alternating flat metal applicators made from magnetic and diamagnetic material and isolated one from another by means of magnetic rubber gaskets. Number of metal applicators is at least 4 but no more than 9. Apparatus is adapted for protecting human organism from hazardous effects of radiation emitted from energy-producing devices and may be also used for reducing content of toxic substances in products and solutions.
