FIELD: construction and operation of main pipelines, application of anticorrosive coating to their internal surfaces. SUBSTANCE: device has frame carrying cleaning and painting units. Cleaning unit is made in the form of movable in axial direction hollow rod with drive for its reciprocation. Cleaning unit is installed on end of rod of painting unit. Cleaning and painting units are located coaxially to hollow rod axis and located successively on it. Cleaning unit has driven brush. Brush bristles are located on turns of helical lines different in directions. Brush drive is made in the form of air motor and connected to brush through coupling. Painting unit is in the form of deflector-screw head hydraulically connected with paint vessel and located on cleaning unit rod. Painting unit has nozzle with central hole and deflector. Nozzle integral with painting unit body. Nozzle central hole is joined with body cavity and made narrowing in direction of nozzle cut. Deflector is installed in nozzle with the help of post and mode made in the form of body of revolution with variable cross-section reducing towards post side. Made on deflector surface, along its axis, are grooves varying in section and equispaced, and inclined at some angle to deflector axis. Deflector grooves are separated with ribs. Deflector rod is located in post with possible axial displacement and spring-loaded relative to post. Rod threaded part T is covered with shaped nut. Cut spaced from deflector threaded end has conical circular chamfer which is conjugated with similar chamfer on outer nozzle exit section. EFFECT: reduced cost of paint coating and coating operation, and provision of preset amount of coating. 2 dwg
