FIELD: manufacture of surgical instruments, particularly apparatuses for making instruments for suturing injuries. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing having two parts and supporting two different-diameter rolls provided with means for changing spacing between them. Upper part of housing may rotate relative to lower part and it carries larger-diameter roll mounted in it with possibility of rotation around its axis. Less-diameter roll is mounted in lower part of housing and it has annular groove on cylindrical surface. Above mentioned cylindrical surface of less-diameter roll is embraced by clamp with guide plate. The last is mounted between clamp and less-diameter roll, it embraces cylindrical surface of said roll and extends outside clamp. Extended portion of guide plate has contact with larger-diameter roll. EFFECT: enhanced quality of needles, enlarged functional possibilities of apparatus. 4 dwg _
