SUBSTANCE: the device uses two rolls 2,4 of different diameters placed in a frame for rotation; roll 4 of the smaller diameter has groove 1 and a means for changing the distance between them. Roll 4 of the smaller diameter is a drive one, groove 10 in this roll 4 is made in the form of a triangle-section flute located in a helix on the part of the cylindrical surface of roll 4. Roll 4 is furnished with means 18 for fastening of non-cut hollow blank in the groove, and means 27, 28 for fixing the non-cut hollow blank in groove 10.
