FIELD: application and removal of films. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manual device 1 designed for transferring film made of gluing, covering or painting material from carrying tape 2 onto substrate. Device contains housing 6 in which feed reel 4 and winding reel 5 for carrying tape 2 are installed for turning by means of rotary support 11, 12 formed by two coaxially arranged parts 14, 15, 16 of bearing installed on section of ring-shaped or hollow cylindrical support seam 10 in relative engagement in form of coupling. One part 14 of bearing is secured on housing 6, and other part 16 of bearing is part of corresponding holder of reel 5. Reverse stop is provided for one of two reels 4, 5. Said reverse stop 24 has stop pawl 25 engaging with toothed rim 26. stop pawl 25 is installed flexible adaptable relative to action of compressive force at one part 11 of bearing, and toothed rim 26 is installed on other part 14 of bearing.
