FIELD: hand stationary. SUBSTANCE: hand machine for transferring film from carrying tape onto backing contains housing accommodating film-covered carrying tape feed and receiving reel for carrying tape separated from film which is displaced in radial direction relative to feed reel. Application device projects from housing and directs film-covered side of carrying tape to backing. Drive connection with slip clutch is formed between feed reel and receiving reel to set receiving reel into action when feed reel is set into motion by pulling the carrying tape. Speed of receiving reel is such that carrying tape is kept taut. To improved transmission of torque between reels at least one plate-type wall is provided between reels, wall of reel of one real form is provided with slot, and wall of reel of other reel form gets into slot being clamped in slot.
