SUBSTANCE: plant includes energy source which outputs are connected to functional actuating elements such as converter of any energy to thermal energy, unit supplying carbon-carrying material, unit feeding inert gas, unit forming specified velocity of gas flow, unit cooling and precipitating vapors of fullerens, unit extracting fullerens with which additional units such as first, second and third units measuring and controlling temperature, unit measuring velocity of gas flow, unit controlling composition of produced fullerens, storage of present values of parameters of production process, unit setting parameters of production and unit controlling technological process are connected. Address inputs and outputs of units are functionally integrated and form united system which ensures production of highquality fullerens from starting material and raised productivity of plant.
