FIELD: lubricants. SUBSTANCE: all-season transmission oil suitable to be operated under different climatic zone conditions contains 8.0- 8.5 wt % of additive complex, including antiscoring, antiwear, dispersing, anticorrosive, antioxidant, and antifoaming additives, base oil being composed of mixture of (i) poly-alpha-olefin oil with viscosity 8.5-40 sq.mm/s at 100 C, viscosity index 135-160 and (ii) mineral oil with viscosity 0.8-5.0 sq.mm/s at 100 C, freezing temperature no higher than -50 C, taken in proportion assuring production of transmission oil with viscosity no lower than 7 sq.mm/s at 100 C, viscosity index no lower than 120, and freezing temperature no higher than -55 C.
