FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, methods for microbiological development of oil pools. SUBSTANCE: method includes injection of fringes of water with biopolymer into formation through injection well, and withdrawal of products through producing well. Biopolymer is used in the form of biopolyacrylamide produced by Rhodococcus rhodochrous bacteria. Preferable versions of method embodiment provide for preliminarily injection of nutrient solution with suspension of carbon-oxidizing bacteria into formation through injection well, and allowing the dely for process conduction, and injection of fringe of water with biopolyacrylamide together with cross-linking substance. EFFECT: improved viscous and oil producing properties of injected reagents resulting in higher efficiency of oil displacement. 3 cl, 1 tbl
