FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to delivery of additives into wells or mains. Proposed device has chassis of truck, containers for additives, water, oil, displacement hydraulic drive set, hydraulic drive pumps, working liquid flow governor. Rod installed, in hydraulic drive pump couples pistons of power hydraulic cylinders and passes inside spool on cylindrical surface of which grooves are from bottom and top in two planes over arcs. Grooves are isolated from each other by walls. Distance between planes of groves is equal to half of distance between planes of radial outlet holes in partition. Plane of inlet radial hole is arranged midway between planes of outlet radial holes. Holes are made in each end face spool over circumference parallel to axis to get into isolated grooves.
