FIELD: construction engineering, cementing of wells.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preparing cement mortar at well cementing. Proposed mobile mixing plant contains reservoir 1 for hydrodynamic mixing, water pump4, hydraulic motor 3, set of positive-displacement hydraulic drive interacting with truck engine, two reservoirs 9 to be filled with cement and/or water augers and reservoir for additives with water inlet branch pipe, funnel for additives and outlet. Reservoir for hydrodynamic mixing accommodate inlet branch pipes for delivering mortar by make-up pump and delivering additives, and outlet branch pipe for delivering mortar to suction branch pipe of makeup pump. Control of hydraulic motors is provided from hydraulic control panel in starting, control and signaling unit of positive-displacement hydraulic drive. Hydraulic system contains heating, cooling and blowing through members.

EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.
