SUBSTANCE: plant has engine with fuel tanks, horizontal plunger pump of high pressure, connected by shaft to distributor block, tanks with screws, tank for loading admixtures and hydrodynamic mixing of solution, hydraulic engine, connected to screws, block for controlling liquid flow adjusters on hydraulic panel. According to invention plant is additionally provided with pump for feeding water, hydraulic engines, mounted at ends of screws, and axes of pump for feeding water; feeding pump connected by shaft to distributor block, for feeding solution into horizontal three-plunger pump, gear of volumetric hydraulic drive, connected to shaft of additional power taking of distributor block, hydraulic system of which through control block interacts with hydraulic motors.
