FIELD: cooling of circulating water at power stations and factories. SUBSTANCE: water-cooling tower has tower with air inlet windows arranged over circle in its lower part, pond for collection of water, water-air ejectors. Tower is closed by cover on which water-air ejectors are positioned. Mixing chambers of ejectors pass through cover of tower, cooling air is ejected into working chambers of water-air ejectors through ring slit branch pipes from space above cover of tower. Multiatomizer heads with screw centrifugal atomizers are positioned on outlet faces of mixing chambers of water-air-ejectors, exhaust pipes are mounted on cover to carry away steam and air mixture from working space of tower. Grate carrying packing comprising Rashig rings is installed inside each exhaust pipe. EFFECT: intensified heat exchange which results in enlarged temperature range of water cooling and in diminished drop carry-out of water to atmosphere. 1 dwg
