FIELD: examination of shelf for oil and gas, determination of position for installation of derrick, detection of underwater objects and their classification in real time. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to form simulating acoustic field for calibration and certification of medium and noisy objects with monitoring of developed deposits and fish reserves of ocean. Receiving-emitting coherent sonar system comprises wide-band emission system based on piezoceramic converters and receiving system also built on piezoceramic converters. With radiation of acoustic field amplitude-phase distribution is executed in wide frequency band according to modulation law of emitted sweep prepared beforehand. In this case equations for emission of acoustic field are simultaneously reference equations in program-algorithm software ensuring processes of reception and processing of acoustic signals.
