FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: application: in hardware for receipt of on-line data on the underwater situation in the global ocean. An invention concept is as follows: it is suggested to use a device represented as a combination of a transportation module equipped with an electric propulsion plant (EPP) and onboard electronic equipment (OEE) that controls systems of an unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV), including EPP and OEE systems. In the OEE there is an in-built transmitter of low-frequency sounding packages and a receiver of the data from the sea, which is designed in consoles of the UUV fore and aft steering equipment. The above design of the claimed device allows detecting and extracting from the echoed signal (at the background of natural (reverberation and water noise) and artificial interferences at a distance up to 5,000m) of specific attributes of underwater objects due to interaction of the incident primary and secondary waves shaped inside and around these objects, and obtaining results of this interaction in the spectrum and phase of the echoed signal. Automatic decoding (without human interference) of the preset data attributes for the underwater objects allows with high probability to overcome the existing uncertainty in estimation of the underwater situation.
EFFECT: improvement of the UUV interference resistance and noise immunity at long detection distance up to 5 km and increased number of the detected objects, improvement of search efficiency in any direction and operability.
