FIELD: means for electrical treatment of dielectric granular materials. SUBSTANCE: device that may be used for drying granular dielectric materials and for impact action on them to change their geometric dimensions (swelling) and also for grain product desinsection has heating chamber in the form of H-shaped vertical oversize waveguide with tilted dielectric plates installed between its longitudinal inner projections in alternating manner on the right and on the left ends so that zigzag-shaped channel is formed for granules. Bottom plate is mounted horizontally for deflecting up and down within ±30^° deg. to control flow of granules. Dielectric hopper installed below this plate has nozzle protruding beyond waveguide elbow connected to bottom end of heating chamber and incorporating water load for absorbing microwave energy. EFFECT: enhanced speed and uniformity of granule heating in continuous controllable flow. 3 dwg
