FIELD: SHF equipment. SUBSTANCE: portable SHF furnace has input and output windows. It is manufactured wedge-shaped due to smooth bending of side wall and includes L-shaped waveguide-slit exciter to which short arm SHF generator with fan is connected. Furnace also has reflecting troughs λo/4 wide and deep and wedge-shaped absorbing load by input and output windows. Several portable SHF furnaces are interconnected into technological line with common conveyer. Second portable SHF furnace is turned through angle of 180 deg and is mounted on first one. On unit so formed there are mounted second, third and so on units. Rollers are positioned from outside close to windows. Half-wave slits in L-shaped exciter are placed longitudinally in staggered arrangement. Tuned pins are anchored opposite to each of them from side of axial line.
