SUBSTANCE: microwave chamber has multimode resonators 2, 3 separated by common wall 4 with hole 5 for product conductor 28, 2λo to 3λo in diameter, where λo is wavelength in free space, placed in center of resonators; exciters 11, 12 made in the form of waveguide semi-rings with holes on wide walls to bring in microwave leads of magnetrons 13, 14, 15 are connected to one or two walls 3 or 4; coupling ports 3, 9, 10 in the form of pairs of rectangular holes whose quantity equals that of exciters are arranged for stepless connection of one or two surfaces of waveguide semi-rings to resonator walls abutting against walls having coupling ports; parts of walls provided with opposite coupling ports are bent through radius R equal to height h of coupling walls; top and bottom walls of chamber mount, respectively, loading devices 21 and discharging device 22 made in the form of alternating series-connected cylinder sections 21 and 22 having different diameters d1 and d2; sections 23 of larger diameters are filled in annular manner with microwave-transparent material; here, , where ε is dielectric constant of material; cylinder height is, respectively, lo/4 and .
