FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tibial femoral member and polymer insert. Cylindrical pin is available on the tibial member and matching ellipsoid recess is available on polymer insert surface engageable with the cylindrical pin. The tibial member pin enters the polymer insert recess. Pin-recess connection design allows the polymer insert to carry out rotation and reciprocating back- and-forth sliding movements relative to the tibial member. The polymer insert has high anterior protrusion having backward slope receivable by intercondylar zone slit of the femoral part. The anterior protrusion-slit connection is designed so that femoral part stability in sagittal plane relative to the polymer insert takes place.
