SUBSTANCE: one should perform diagnostic arthroscopy followed by arthrotomy, then one should resect internal femoral and tibial condyles by not affecting anterior and posterior cruciate and, also, internal and external lateral ligaments, then one should apply femoral, tibial components of endoprosthesis with an insertion between them that provides the chance to save external department of knee joint and provide the chance for earlier loading upon operated limb and restoring articular movements.
EFFECT: lower traumaticity of surgical interference.
