FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body with flexible envelope having inlet and outlet canals with saddles. Locking unit having electric drive as magnetic circuit with coil and core is mounted. The locking unit is designed as yoke closing outlet canal saddle with one arm and inlet canal saddle with the other arm in turn when supplying and discharging working medium pressure. The yoke is mounted on magnetic circuit so that yoke arms do not cover outlet and inlet canal saddles when no working medium pressure is applied and electromagnetic drive is switched off.
