FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: wheel contains rim and hub with two built-in interacting shafts fixed in side brackets. primary shaft is made hollow and is provided with through oval hole, with free-floating disk with slots fitted on. Openwork sprocket fitted on primary shaft is secured by screws on plate. Primary shaft carries also central bearing with sprocket fixed by screws between two halves of roll on one of which first smaller spool drum is mounted. Rod installed inside primary shaft is coupled with speed selector on which dowel is rigidly secured whose projecting end faces are rigidly secured on free floating disk. Slots of disk are coaxial with end faces of screws fixing roll sprocket and screws fixing openwork sprocket. Second shaft of reduction gear is made hollow and is mounted on stud fastening side brackets. Overrunning clutch is rigidly mounted on said shaft. Sprocket, central bearing with race and second smaller spool drum are fitted on rim of overrunning clutch. All members of reduction gear are installed so that sprocket of roll is engaged with cogs of larger spool drum, openwork sprocket is engaged with second smaller spool drum, sprocket of overrunning clutch, with first smaller spool drum, and central bearing, with inner end faces of cheeks of larger spool drum.
